Hatha yoga allows people of all ages the opportunity not only to get and stay in shape, but also to develop balance, coordination and a sense of centeredness.  It renews, invigorates, and heals the body,  It stretches and tones the muscles, joints, spine while directing blood and oxygen to the internal organs.
Yoga for Kids & Teens
This class uses fun poses to promote flexibility.  The postures are ones they can do anywhere, with calming techniques for anxiety through breath.

 PILATES ON THE BALL
30 minutes on the Spin Bike, then to the mat using the Big Ball to maintain heart rate with planks, swans, abs, bridges, with weights and more!
