Rates for Group Apparatus Classes
1X A Week - $160.(4) Classes @ $40. ea  2X A WEEK - $320.(8) Classes @$40. ea    3X A Week - $420.(12) Classes @ $35. ea
CLASSES We require 24 hours notice cancellation on all group classes. *** All Monday group classes must be cancelled by Friday 5pm. If a class is canceled with less than policy notice you will be "Late Canceled" and charged. There are no exceptions. Kindly respect this policy as it affects other clients and instructors schedules. We do allow a make-up in that same week at n/c (only 2 make-ups per package). Cancellations can be made through the website www.pilatesmclean.com ONLINE SCHEDULER by clicking on the "My Info" tab My Schedule" clicking "Cancel"; you may also call 703 749 1661 (leave a message if it goes to voicemail); or email janinedonlon@me.com INCLEMENT WEATHER Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) due to inclement weather will be excused. If you deem road conditions to be at all unsafe we urge you not to attempt to drive and make a class or appointment. Private Pilates Session $90 per hour Duet Pilates $55 per person PRIVATE SESSIONS  We require 48 hours notice cancellation for all PRIVATE sessions, this is to allow us enough time to re- book the lost time and accommodate others that might be waiting for a preferred time. Our time is limited and valuable, Kindly respect this policy as it affects other clients and instructors schedules.

Floor Classes - $20 Each

Payments A Credit Card imprint will be taken on your first day and kept on file for future sessions. By giving usyour credit card imprint, you are giving us permission to charge your card according to our structure and policies. For classes, a package will be purchased on your first scheduled class based upon your commitmentof 1, 2, or 3 times a week and the type of class you select. The system will track your attended classes and automatically purchase a new package when your classes run out until you inform us to remove you from your selected class. It is suggested that you keep track of your class attendance and you can do soon our online scheduler in the “My Info” tab & “My History” tab. All private sessions are purchased as attended. All sales are final. There are no refunds at The Pilates Room however you may exchange services or "gift" your remaining sessions to another client (just let us know who).
